ETL/Database tester

We need ETL/Database tester who has worked on ETL Data Validation and verification, Data warehouse concepts (SQL Stored procedures, Triggers and functions), Transact-SQL is a must. Selenium is not mandate but knowledge is preferable if candidate has

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Software Tester.
• Experience in Manual Testing process.
• Most importantly, ETL Data Validation and verification including proficiency in Data warehouse concepts ( SQL Stored procedures, Triggers and functions), Transact-SQL and Database testing scenarios.
• Comprehensive understanding of testing principles and strategies, including the defect life cycle.
• Knowledge of API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman.
• Hands on experience working with testing frameworks, Selenium web driver, and Cucumber.
• Excellent understanding of release testing, sign-off and deployment methods.
• Proven ability to proactively resolves issues and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Market Data such as Fixed Income or Equity, and knowledge of Index/Benchmarks can be an advantage.
