ETL/Ab Initio Development

Job Description:
We’re hiring a Lead Ab Initio Developer for a major banking data engineering initiative with Accenture. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on ETL expertise, particularly in Ab Initio, and a passion for building data pipelines and reusable frameworks in cloud environments.

? What You’ll Do:
Design and develop ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PDL, and meta-programming.

Lead end-to-end data pipeline delivery, test planning, and defect resolution.

Work with AWS S3, Redshift, and Hadoop/Hive environments.

Support Agile ceremonies and coach junior developers on best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to transform, ingest, and validate large-scale datasets.

? What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Ab Initio experience in large-scale ETL projects.

Hands-on with AWS S3 and ideally Redshift.

Familiar with Hive, data ingestion, and real-time data streaming (nice to have: Pyspark).

Background in Banking/Financial Services is strongly preferred.

Solid communication and leadership experience in Agile teams.
