We are seeking a seasoned ETL Test Lead to manage and coordinate onshore activities across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and ETL automation experience, with a proven track record in offshore coordination and a solid understanding of data, web, and mobile application ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage onshore ETL operations across multiple project teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Drive ETL automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide insights across data, web, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in ETL testing and data integration.
- Proven experience in leading onsite teams and managing offshore coordination.
- Strong technical background in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with ETL automation frameworks, scripting (Python, Pytest), and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Airflow).
- Exposure to web and mobile application architectures and ability to engage in related technical discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in ETL tools, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks.
