ETL Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage onshore ETL testing operations across diverse project teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Drive ETL automation initiatives to enhance pipeline efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards through effective offshore coordination.
• Participate in technical discussions involving data, web, and mobile platforms.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in ETL testing and data integration.
• Proven leadership in managing onsite teams and coordinating with offshore resources.
• Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Python, Pytest).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M or Airflow.
• Exposure to web and mobile application architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in ETL tools, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery and quality
