The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, monitor systems, and ensure that all systems and data pipelines run efficiently. This role also involves managing deployments, handling escalations, and ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Mandatory Skill Sets:-
- 4+ years of experience in production support, including managing on-premise and cloud-based systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica PowerExchange (PWX) for ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, with expertise in Oracle and Teradata for troubleshooting, data manipulation, and query optimization.
- Experience in data integration and managing data flows between databases, including data migration and transformation tasks.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Proven ability to monitor and troubleshoot production environments, with a focus on maintaining database integrity and performance.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or similar, for real-time monitoring of workflows, jobs, and system health.
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and implement solutions quickly.
- Knowledge of incident management processes using tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing, change management, and escalation procedures.
- Ability to perform database performance tuning, including query optimization, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
- Proficiency in using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and process improvement.
