ADP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing ETL processes that support ADP’s suite of human capital management (HCM), payroll, and analytics solutions. You’ll work closely with data architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data delivery across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into enterprise data platforms.
• Integrate data across payroll, HR, time management, and financial systems for use in reporting, compliance, and analytics products.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in data modeling, mapping, and documentation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies, including PII/PHI considerations in HR/payroll data.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data integration best practices.
• Experience handling sensitive data with a strong understanding of compliance (e.g., SOC 1, GDPR, HIPAA)
