✅ Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on data warehouse design.

Hands-on expertise in Ab Initio ETL development (5+ years).

Strong SQL programming and Oracle DB knowledge.

Familiarity with Unix & shell scripting.

Experience with job scheduling tools (Maestro/TWS).

Good understanding of SDLC, data Modeling, and high-volume data loads.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mortgage industry knowledge is a plus
