ETL Developer - Informatica Powercenter

Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and maintain workflows and components in Informatica PowerCenter.
Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for efficient data integration and transformation.
Work with relational databases using advanced SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
Integrate data from various sources and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Apply data modeling concepts and best practices in database design.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data flows and ETL pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and DBAs, to support data-driven initiatives.
Follow best practices for data development and project governance.
 

Qualifications
Extensive experience with SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across various database systems.
Proficient in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts and methodologies, with practical, hands-on experience using Informatica PowerCenter for building, scheduling, and monitoring robust data integration workflows.
Strong understanding of data integration processes and workflow orchestration, ensuring seamless movement of data between systems while maintaining high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.
Solid knowledge of data modeling and database design principles, including normalization, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse best practices to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizations.
