ERP Technical Architect- SCM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Architect/Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge ERP solutions and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementation & Support:
   • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions with a focus on supply chain processes.
   • Provide functional expertise and leadership in ERP systems such as INFOR LN or SAP.
2. Requirement Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.
   • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
3. Solution Design & Optimization:
   • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain processes within the ERP system.
   • Optimize workflows and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ERP modules and other systems.
   • Provide guidance to end-users and cross-functional teams on system functionality and enhancements.
5. Training & Documentation:
   • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and team members.
   • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, workflows, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ERP Architect or Consultant role with expertise in Supply Chain Management.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as INFOR LN or SAP, specifically in supply chain modules.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to design and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in INFOR LN, SAP, or related ERP systems.
• Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain processes and standards.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
