We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Architect/Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation & Support:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions with a focus on supply chain processes.
- Provide functional expertise and leadership in ERP systems such as INFOR LN or SAP.
- Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
- Solution Design & Optimization:
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain processes within the ERP system.
- Optimize workflows and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ERP modules and other systems.
- Provide guidance to end-users and cross-functional teams on system functionality and enhancements.
- Training & Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, workflows, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ERP Architect or Consultant role with expertise in Supply Chain Management.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as INFOR LN or SAP, specifically in supply chain modules.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to design and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in INFOR LN, SAP, or related ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain processes and standards.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
