Job Title: ERP Developer 

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 1 day onsite every Wednesday Need only Local Candidates.)

Client: State of Texas

Contract Type: Long-Term

Work Authorization: Open to W2/C2C  (USC OR GC)– Must be local to Austin (within 50-mile radius)

 

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 – specifically Accounts Receivable and Billing modules – to support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (AR & Billing)
  • Expertise in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Engine, App Packages, COBOL, SQR)
  • Proficiency with Integration Broker (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON)
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL experience on Oracle DB
  • Linux scripting and AWE experience
  • Ability to analyze business requirements & draft technical design documents
  • Experience working in large teams with MS Teams & O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

 

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Public sector experience (Federal/State/Local)
  • Knowledge of State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials
  • Familiarity with Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
  • Experience using SharePoint, JIRA, STAT, and Scrum framework
