Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions.
  • Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way
  • Be result oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
  • Participate in technical analysis and create specification document.
  • Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines document.
  • Track Development progress and project deliverables
  • Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
  • Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and application maintenance.
  • Create Unit Test automation scripts.
  • Understand and implement Best Practices for Designing and Coding
  • Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF will be advantage

Skills Required:

  • Good working knowledge on .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • 5-11 Years experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM preferably in a global/multi-country scenario.
  • At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 CE
  • Strong technical knowledge and functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM apps like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience in developing Data Migration packages using SSIS (Kingsway soft connector) OR Scribe OR ADF OR any equivalent tool.
  • System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online - tools, techniques, and best practices. Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Functions will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycles (preferably Agile), development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation is an advantage.
  • Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules

Skills:

  • Preferred Spec Flow with Selenium using BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
  • Good knowledge on test frameworks, testing life cycle and different phases of testing
  • Basic knowledge on Coding skills in C# and/or Java Script
  • Certification in latest D365 CRM is plus
  • Knowledge on form and field level security testing, Security structure
  • Knowledge on SQL and API testing using tools like Postman
  • Fluent in English and overall Presentation skills
  • Consulting skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
