  2. Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions.
  3. Analyze design sessions in prototyping new systems to enchance business processes, operations and information process flows
  4. Extensive knowledge of ERP business modules with a focus on Supply Chain (Purchasing, iProcurement, Shipping, Warehouse, Order Management)
  5. Functional expert on the specified ERP application(s) and serve as a point of contact for any application, or business process, changes.
  6. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications and computer hardware operating systems
  7. Develops functional designs to achieve business solution within Retail ERP systems

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or Engineering   is required
