Responsibilities:
o Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Will interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services.
o Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic. Maintenance of Claims and Provider data loads.
o Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues
o Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues which includes both API and SFTP data exchange
o Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI in accordance with Humana enterprise standards.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience
• Epic Bridges
• Epic Chronicles
• Epic Workbench Reporting
• Excellent Communication Skills - working with both business partners and provider community
• Strong Analytical skills
• SQL skills
