We are actively seeking driven and passionate Entry Level Systems Engineers to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their careers, providing a platform to dive deep into the realms of technology.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-disciplinary teams to aid in the development, design, and implementation of system components and solutions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Lab and Production environments, encompassing architecture, design, networking, deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Interact and coordinate with leading industry vendors to facilitate seamless integration, validation, and optimal functionality of 5G Network functions, particularly focusing on 5G ORAN and NG Core platforms.
• Provide crucial technical support for system integration and troubleshooting activities, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our innovative solutions.
• Employ Generative AI technologies to resolve complex challenges related to 5G Deployment, NOC operations, and Tier-1 and Tier-2 support.
• Document expert knowledge, develop proactive monitoring solutions, troubleshoot network issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to boost network reliability and performance.
• Craft and execute Method of Procedures (MOP) for end-to-end deployment, configuration, and Systems and Services Integration, including integration with OSS/BSS for comprehensive FCAPS monitoring.
• Leverage a variety of DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Github, and Artifactory to automate 5G workload deployments, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Implement 5G workload deployments utilizing Cloud-native technologies to guarantee scalability, resilience, and optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wireless Telecommunications, Networking Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a profound passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A foundational understanding of 4G LTE/5G, Cloud platforms, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Experience or familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Github, and Artifactory is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
