Ensure the proper implementation of the instance specific enterprise search tool (Verity, IDOL, Exalead)

Ensure the maintenance and stability of the production application search tool.

Work with other resource types to ensure overall project and DET success. Provide architecture guidance and maintain configuration standards for IDOL and Exalead search engines of installed instances.

Provide one-part expertise and resolve any architecture / performance issues

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Ability to work independently. 

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Eagerness to mentor junior team members 

Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools.  Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation
