Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage project scope, risks, and drive profitability.
  • Service Quality: Ensure high standards of service quality and cost management. Implement new practices to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Team Leadership: Provide supervision and guidance to both onshore and offshore teams. Facilitate effective collaboration and communication to achieve delivery targets.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks associated with delivery projects. Ensure comprehensive risk management strategies are in place.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with client project teams to offer expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific aspects. Ensure successful solution design and implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance of team deliverables, ensuring they conform to the defined software delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Explore and implement innovative solutions and practices to improve delivery processes and outcomes."

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within a complex, global engineering or financial services organization. Proven experience in managing large-scale global programs and projects."             

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Strong relationship management abilities with executive stakeholders.
  • Deep and broad experience in corporate technologies.
  • Expertise in managing both Solution Delivery and Application Management projects.
  • Experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery teams and familiarity with related methodologies, tools, and people management strategies."
