Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
Related Work Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years of development or information technology experience.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment.
- Three (3) or more years of experience as an architect across various industries, with expertise in cloud, enterprise, and solution architectures
- Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI, machine learning, and digital platforms
- Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and modern architectural methodologies, with the ability to drive innovation and agility across organizations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and experience embedding security within enterprise architecture
- Proven ability to lead architectural governance and change management initiatives
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the democratized IT landscape
- Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships
- Adapt to changing business and operating models
- Analyze trends and disruptions, and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes
- Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning
- Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric
- Communicate the value of enterprise architecture, and its portfolio of services
- Coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking

- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Preferred, Azure cloud administration, architecture, and development experience
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business performance
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools, related graphical models, and frameworks e.g. TOGAF or Zachman
- Software development skills and experience with the Microsoft .NET stack
- Microsoft SQL Server skills and experience
- Object oriented architecture skills and experience

- Enterprise integrations architecture skills and experience
- Crystal Reports or other similar reporting software experience and skills
- Personify AMS 7.4 or above skills and experience a plus

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) are highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, ITIL and other structured methodologies
