Enterprise Architect

Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect, you will evaluate enterprise-wide IT solutions and platforms, maintain IT standards across the organization, and manage shared IT systems. You will work closely with business leaders, IT divisions, and foreign branch teams to align technology implementations with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate enterprise-wide IT tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and IT standards.
   
• Maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance principles across the organization.
   
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, ITG divisions, and committees to drive strategic technology decisions.
   
• Support foreign branch IT teams with guidance on purchases and IT implementation to ensure consistency and compliance.
   
• Provide architectural oversight on major initiatives to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient technology integration.
   

Role Exposure:

• Analyze business and IT needs to solve complex problems and capitalize on technology opportunities.
   
• Design enterprise systems that integrate applications, data sources, and technologies to meet business objectives.
   
• Make strategic technology recommendations that drive innovation and process efficiency.
   
• Bridge gaps between business strategy and IT capabilities, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, or systems integration.
   
• Proven technical expertise in enterprise network and systems architecture.
   
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and data platforms.
   
• Strong analytical skills to assess systems, forecast trends, and recommend architectural solutions.
   
• Extensive project management experience, with the ability to lead complex technology projects and cross-functional teams.
   

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT functions.
