Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and oversee enterprise application architecture strategies, with a strong focus on Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA). 

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations, CMS guidelines, and state-specific Medicaid requirements, ensuring system compliance, scalability, and performance across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Ensure systems align with Medicaid-specific data retention and security standards.
• Integrate cloud-based services with on-premises systems and support disaster recovery solutions.
• Apply deep familiarity with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) and CMS compliance standards.
• Provide leadership in enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and data governance best practices.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, data, application, and technology domains.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid systems.
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Advanced understanding of IT concepts including software design patterns, application frameworks, data access architecture, and n-tier architecture.
• Previous experience managing or designing large-scale application systems.
• Deep understanding of both current and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems using sound judgment and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework
