Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop business architecture strategy based on current and futuristic business scenarios.
• Define, describe and distinguish primary business functions at an enterprise level.
• Create and own overall business architecture for the enterprise/organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to achieve enterprise/organization objectives.
• Responsible for overall enterprise modelling including business capabilities, processes, data and technology.
• Responsible for provide thought leadership with IT and business stakeholders on how this strategy can be delivered by IT.
• Provide architectural oversight to activities within the Digital Transformation Strategy.

Required Skills

• Should or nice to have architecture/IT app dev background.
• Highly strategic, business thinking mindset, leadership and directional capabilities.
• Very sound understanding of integration and business process management standards and technologies (SOAP, REST XML, MQ, web services, ESB and BPM etc).
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS etc) and architecture level knowledge of Cloud platforms and Cloud-native/micro-services solutions.

Required Experience

• Experience working with business stakeholders at enterprise level to align business strategy, capabilities with technology.
• Experience in developing business capability models, value streams to bridge the gap between business strategy and execution.
• Experience in creating and implementing roadmaps for business capabilities.
• Experience in mapping business capabilities to application portfolios to streamline and rationalize IT enablement process.
• Experience working in highly complex environments.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
