Key Qualification
Experience: 7-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, specifically in Core Banking Transformation.
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the banking or financial industry is required.
Regional Knowledge: Experience in the Philippines market or broader Asia is essential.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in enterprise architecture methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
Industry Trends: Expertise in relevant technologies, trends, concepts, and best practices in enterprise architecture and the business domain.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Roadmap:
Define the technology roadmap for respective domains and support the implementation process.
Architecture Documentation:
Support the definition and updating of Enterprise Architecture (EA) catalogues, guardrails, and artefacts for the respective domain.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure that all solutions comply with EA guardrails and standards for the respective domain.
Provide architecture decisions and guidance for solutions that do not comply.
Capability Identification:
Identify required technical capabilities to meet new business requirements and demands.
Technology Evangelism:
Promote new technologies and evaluate new products, tools, and innovative approaches.
Technical Guidance:
Provide technical expertise to solution architects and platform/application owners during software and services definition and development.
Architectural Leadership:
Offer architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues.
Alignment:
Assist in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the enterprise architecture.
Advisory Role:
Act as an advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies.
Training and Development:
Define and execute training plans for solution architects and the broader community of architects, focusing on architecture methodology and domain knowledge.
Competency Building:
Actively build domain knowledge to enhance competency in the field.
