***Qualified candidates must be available to work directly for Rose International on a W2 basis. Not a corp-to-corp opportunity. Candidates must be local in the Austin, Texas area***

Minimum Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture for cloud-based systems.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise application development using Java or .NET.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale technical solutions with integrated financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of service delivery processes, technologies, and staffing models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Preferred Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and on-premise solutions.
• Familiarity with technology roadmapping and strategic planning.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.

Summary:
• We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to design and deliver complex technical solutions that align with client business and non-functional requirements.
• This role involves translating requirements into detailed systems, applications, and process designs, with integrated financial modeling and risk assessments.
• The architect will play a key role in evaluating cloud and on-premise technologies, constructing service solutions, and guiding technology roadmaps for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Translate client business and non-functional requirements into specific technical architectures and service solutions.
• Design and document service solutions that include process, technology, and staffing components.
• Construct solution scope documents, risk profiles, and financial models for large-scale technical proposals.
• Analyze customer service requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry trends, internal services, and technologies.
• Create Statements of Work and other deliverables using departmental automation tools.
• Develop risk assessments and remediation plans for complex service proposals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in customer presentations and provide formal technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs related to cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and workflow processes.
• Focus on cloud solutions (custom-built and SaaS), evaluate on-premise vendor products, and contribute to technology selection and roadmap development
