Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with ServiceNow's product roadmap and regional objectives.
•    Build strong relationships with ServiceNow sales, alliance, and marketing teams to identify co-sell opportunities.
•    Cultivate, enable, and grow partnerships with key ServiceNow resellers, integrators, and technology partners.
•    Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline development, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
•    Drive pipeline generation activities in coordination with marketing and inside sales teams.
•    Serve as the key point of contact between internal delivery teams, ServiceNow account executives, and customers.
•    Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting in CRM tools.
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine strategies.
•    Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and ServiceNow summits.
 
Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
•    5+ years of experience supporting and selling ServiceNow modules, Enterprise SaaS, or Cloud Platforms.
•    Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s platform, modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.), and ecosystem.
•    Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing large accounts or channel portfolios.
•    Experience working with ServiceNow field sales and alliance/channel teams.
•    Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Willingness to travel regionally as required
