Description

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on essential production machinery to minimize downtime.

Partner with maintenance teams and engineering supervisors to support smooth operations across all facilities.

Read and interpret detailed technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Participate in or lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

Comply with GMP standards, safety regulations, and facility-specific operational procedures.

Travel as needed between production sites to address urgent maintenance concerns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment, with strong troubleshooting expertise.

Skilled in working with PLCs, HMIs, electrical diagnostic tools, and mechanical systems.

Excellent communication and recordkeeping abilities; self-motivated and effective in a mobile work setting.

Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel between locations as needed
