Roles & Responsibility

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the testing and validation of 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN (Radio Access Network) components in a private 5G network environment.
• Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to conduct performance, functional, and regression testing across various network functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF, S-GW, P-GW, MME, PCF, PCRF, DNS, CGNAT, e-PDG, CUPS architecture, CSCF, TAS, SBC, and MGCF.
• Develop and oversee the execution of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate network functionalities for both data and voice services (4G, 5G, RAN).
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with network engineers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network testing.
• Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the testing team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of network components.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5G, IMS Core, and RAN technologies and testing methodologies.
• Ensure integration with northbound BSS, provisioning systems, and VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS Core services.
• Mentor and develop junior testing engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in testing and validation of 3G/ 4G/5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN networks.
• Proficiency with testing tools and technologies from leading OEMs.
• Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN architecture, protocols, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in network testing or related areas are a plus
