Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex solutions for Life & Health SaaS products.
  • Drive high-quality, reliable, efficient, and scalable Agile teams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Operate in a dynamic SaaS product engineering environment with competing demands and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Product Owners, Architects, Solutions Architects, and engineering teams consisting of developers and QA experts.

Experience Requirement:

  • 8-11 years of experience, including managing complex technical projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on development or testing experience as part of an Agile team.
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master is beneficial.
  • Strong background in software development or testing with a transition into technical project management.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams through Agile transformation from waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and comprehend the broader context of their work.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence peers and development teams.
  • Experience in managing projects using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Additional experience with Java development and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam AZ-900 is a plus.
