Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in SAP and PEGA technologies.
• Collaborate with IT Architects to define and shape technology roadmaps.
• Oversee the build, integration, and maintenance of technology platforms.
• Deliver and support high-performance systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across functional teams to drive project success.
• Stay updated with evolving engineering principles, practices, and technologies.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications and integration (preferred).
• Proven leadership in managing large engineering delivery teams.
• Ability to define and implement technology roadmaps in collaboration with architects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in system integration, high-performance delivery, and best practices adoption.
• Continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving technologies.
