Engineering Lead – Data Migration & Cloud Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data and cloud engineering teams for large-scale solutions.

Drive data migration strategies across enterprise systems.

Architect AWS-based solutions using Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3, etc.

Deliver modern web apps with Node.js/Java/Python + React/Angular.

Oversee CI/CD, DevOps practices, and performance monitoring.

Collaborate on integrations with Salesforce, Workday, and more.

Must-Have:

8+ yrs full stack dev (backend + frontend frameworks)

5+ yrs AWS experience (Redshift, Lambda, Glue, IAM, etc.)

Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and system integration

Experience leading technical teams & mentoring developers

Nice-to-Have:

Salesforce/Workday/MuleSoft/Dell Boomi exposure

AWS certifications
