We are seeking an Engagement Manager with deep Life Sciences experience focused on Patient, Payer, and Market Access domains. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US pharmaceutical datasets and Market Access landscapes, combined with proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Solution Management.
This role requires supporting sales cycles, responding to RFPs, managing solution offerings, and driving client success initiatives across large pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain expert across Patient Analytics, Payer Access, Market Access, and Commercial Analytics engagements.
- Work with a variety of US pharma data sources including IQVIA 852/867, Symphony Claims, MarketScan, Komodo, MMIT (Formulary, Coverage, Restrictions), Rebates, and Payer Data Assets.
- Support Business Development activities:Lead and contribute to proposal creation, RFP responses, and pre-sales solutioning.Create new offerings and enhance existing solutions aligned to market needs (Patient Journey Models, Access Monitoring Tools, Rebate Analytics Solutions, etc.).Work closely with the Sales team to support pipeline building and client-specific pitch preparation.
- Manage Solutions and Products:Own and enhance specific solutions (e.g., Market Access monitoring dashboards, payer tracking tools).Collaborate with Delivery teams to improve solution effectiveness based on client feedback.
- Account Management Support:Assist in managing existing client accounts.Drive client satisfaction through proactive solutioning, value-add suggestions, and continuous improvements.
Track healthcare market dynamics and recommend new solution ideas based on evolving payer, patient, and access trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Life Sciences Commercial Analytics, Market Access, or Consulting.
- Strong familiarity with US Pharma Data Assets - Sales, Claims, Payer Coverage, Rebates, Patient Journey datasets.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development support (proposal writing, solution design, RFP response).
- Exposure to Solution Management/Product Management approaches (enhancement cycles, roadmap management).
- Strong client-facing communication skills with an ability to support account growth and manage executive-level conversations.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
