Responsibilities
Specifics of this position may include:

Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively participating in all phases of the sales cycle.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new Product Development and Channel offerings.
Identify and pursue new market segments and service offerings within the Product Development space.
Expand existing client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Collaborate with Perficient’s sales team and practice leaders to support sales engagements.
Engage in all aspects of sales, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored solutions and creating compelling proposals.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including C-level executives.
Deeply understand client needs and identify growth opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their Product Development journeys.
Pull in appropriate Perficient SMEs as necessary.
Strategic Cloud Partnerships
Contribute to our AWS or GCP partner engagement strategy.
Lead key strategy meetings around IP/offerings and GTM.
Represent Perficient within the AWS or GCP ecosystem.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key AWS or GCP personnel.
Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic thought leadership for the Product Development practice, anticipating future market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
Work with marketing on key messaging and strategy including materials for sellers.
Develop and execute plans to expand offerings and enhance client value.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate familiarity with GenAI tools and their potential to aid the SDLC.
Cultivate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of direct reports, providing career development and guidance.
Recruit and retain top talent.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Motivate and inspire colleagues.
Deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives.
Successfully manage, structure, and lead global delivery teams.
Delivery & Account Management:
Oversee delivery and account expansion for assigned clients.
Support pre-sales efforts to influence revenue and obtain growth goals.
Drive our channel strategy in partnership with the Cloud practice.
Focus on growth in Product Development specialties (e.g., full-stack development, custom software development, mobile development, product operating model).
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Explore and advocate for the leveraging of AI in software experiences.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership within the IT services industry.
3+ years of experience in the Product Development space, preferably within the AWS or GCP ecosystem.
Experience managing relationships within the AWS or GCP space with a current rolodex of contacts in good standing.
Deep understanding of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements.
Proven experience as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions, including experience in designing and implementing custom software applications, cloud-native architectures, and scalable software solutions.
Strong domain expertise with the ability to build compelling business cases and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead discussions with both business and technical leaders, navigating organizational hurdles and influencing key stakeholders.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their potential applications within software development.
Industry expertise within healthcare, financial services, automotive, or manufacturing is a plus.
Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives.
