EndPoint Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support for Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE in a mixed environment
• Supporting the move from JAMF Pro to Workspace ONE
• Oversee Google Workspace administration and configuration.
• Implement device policies, security settings, and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues.
• Document managed environments and processes.
• Understand the end user experience and impact for an MDM controlled environment

Technical Skills:

• Experience managing Jamf Pro.
• Working knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration under multiple domains
• Experience with device configuration and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS's
• Proficient understanding of Workspace ONE UEM
• Nice to haves
  • Familiarity with IAM and IDP principles
  • Managed an Enterprise Google Workspace environment

Qualification:

Education & Certifications:

• 8+ Years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related field.
• Associate Google Workspace Administrator certificate or equivalent
• JAMF 300 certification or higher
• Proficient understanding of Workspace ONE UEM
