End User Support Specialist

We are looking for End user support specialist for Malaysia Location.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in end-user computing support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Experience on Intune, SCCM, VDI and End User Computing Activities.

Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support for laptops and desktops.

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
