Description

Core Responsibilities:
Executive Support: White-glove support for senior leadership (Windows/macOS, iOS/Android, laptops, tablets, conferencing).
Endpoint Engineering: Manage lifecycle of devices, OS configuration, patching, imaging, standardization.
Advanced Troubleshooting (L3): Escalation point for complex issues, perform RCA, reduce incident recurrence.
Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript to automate provisioning and patching.
Security & Compliance: Apply endpoint encryption, antivirus, security policies, and ensure compliance.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional IT teams; mentor junior tech support staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in EUC/Desktop Engineering, with executive support experience
Operating Systems: Expert in Windows 10/11 and macOS Ventura, Sonoma, and newer versions
Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MEMCM, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager
Software Tools: Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, Jira
Mobile Device Support: iOS, Android, MDM management
Scripting Skills: PowerShell, Bash, Python, AppleScript
Soft Skills: Strong communication, executive presence, discretion, RCA expertise

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Admin
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
Jamf Certified Tech/Admin
ITIL Foundation
