✅ Must-Have Tech Skills:
C++ (up to C++14)
Python (5+ years)
Experience with Real-Time Embedded Systems
Knowledge of RTOS (VxWorks, Green Hills Integrity, or similar)
Object-Oriented Design, UML tools (IBM Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo)
Familiarity with RUST (a plus)
 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Comp. Engg, EE, or CS
 Soft Skills: Strong communicator, team collaborator
 Deal Breakers: No degree in relevant field = not a fit
 Bonus if you’ve worked with NSA Type 1 or DO-178 certification environments
