Embedded Software Developer

The Mandatory Requirements:

1. Analyze the feature technical safety requirement and develop software safety requirements.

2. Work with software architecture engineers to allocate the software safety requirement to the architecture.

3. Develop the MATLAB/Simulink Models as per the software safety requirements to meet ASIL D

4. Perform software unit verification in MIL/SIL environment based on software safety requirements.

5. Support feature owner and application team to build and maintain common project-specific calibrations.

6. Develop work products as per ISO 26262 Chapter 6 and collect required test evidence to build software safety cases.

7. Support system engineer and HW engineer to create hardware software interface.

8. Perform the Software FTA and DFMEA on the software level.

9. Support field issue resolution and root-cause analysis.

10. Contribute to process improvement to achieve ASPICE compliance.

The Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Software development per ISO26262.
• 2+ years’ experience in software development and code generation using MatLab, Simulink/Target link.
