Description

The Embedded Software Delivery Coordinator will oversee the delivery process of
embedded software for The Company's products. This role requires a deep technical
understanding of software delivery with strong coordination and communication skills to ensure the efficient and timely deployment of software solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Delivery Management: Coordinate the NA SW Deployment steering committee and document the decisions from the meetings. Follow the end-to-end software delivery process, from SW release to deployment in production, aftermarket and through remote over-the-air programming.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate the value delivered at each release and ensure seamless integration into The Company's products.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including software integration leaders, project managers, and management, to report on progress and address any issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the software delivery process and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Monitor potential risks in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure software deployment remains on track.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in embedded software and a thorough understanding of the software delivery process for automotive or commercial vehicle products.
  • Coordination Skills: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage 
  • multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth software delivery.
  • Experience: Prior experience in software delivery coordination, preferably within the  automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
