Description

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience with Elite eBillingHub or similar legal e-billing platforms.
  • Proven expertise in integrating e-billing systems with legal practice management or ERP software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across IT, finance, and legal teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, C#) and APIs for custom integrations.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and legal technology.
  • Strong understanding of legal billing workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of LEDES billing standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management platforms.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Elite eBillingHub setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or SQL.
  • Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and XML/LEDES billing formats.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of legal and financial processes, including billing compliance.
