Electrical project Manager

• Develop and manage a team to plan, execute and turn over Structural, Civil and Architectural work
• Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
• Develop funding requests for new projects
• Present project status to executive leadership
• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
• Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
• Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10+ years field experience   
• Experience as a Construction Manager on +100M industrial or commercial construction projects
• Supervising steel erection, roof decking and other core & shell components
• Knowledge of AISC, ACI and ASTM standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, Bluebeam and PlanGrid
• Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
