Einstein AI Engineer

Job Description:    Einstein AI Engineer:
• Develop, build, implement and support Einstein AI solution architecture by interaction with client SME and stakeholders using Salesforce or any other Hyperscalar provided Generative AI / Large Language Models
• Provide guidance to the Einstein AI developers for solution and tool implementation
• Participate in Einstein AI development, solution reviews, build and testing phases
• Bring in best practices and standards during project execution
• Participate in technical reviews with client stakeholders on the AI solution
• Interface with Cognizant technology CoE to bring in thought leadership
• Co-ordinate between onshore and offshore teams for solution implementation
• Own deliverables pertaining to technical artefacts and participate in client reviews
• Lead the Einstein AI Implementation by creating Prompts, Trust Layer, integration of AI components within Salesforce
• Prepare and review the Einstein assets for confirming with Business requirement
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect to design the Einstein assets in accordance with the business requirements
• Support to System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing in terms of defect clarification

Skills Required
• Full time bachelor’s degree in technology track
• 7 to 9 years of technical experience
• Minimum 6 months to one-year hands-on Salesforce Einstein Generative AI in real time projects.
• Salesforce AI Associate & Specialist certifications are highly desirable
• Proficiency in Python or any other similar tool (R, TensorFlow etc.) is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Salesforce transactional data models and modern data infrastructure
• Experience with standard and extensible functionality of Salesforce Sales, Service or Marketing Clouds
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Web Component
• Integration experience using both Web based technologies (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with integration tools such as Informatica/Jitterbit/MuleSoft will be a plus
