We are seeking a skilled, analytic, and detail-oriented EHR Systems Analyst with expertise in Cerner Custom Language (CCL) to support the implementation of the EHR system and existing applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, documentation, and software development, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the system implementation meets organizational needs. Strong problem-solving skills, healthcare technology experience, and a deep understanding of systems processes are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand both business and technical requirements and translate them into workflows, functional, and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical lead for the Interfaces group and other relevant teams to support migration efforts, propose new workflows, and ensure seamless implementation.
- EHR Design & Configuration: Assist in designing and configuring the EHR to ensure alignment with user and technical requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the workflows and processes implemented as part of the EHR system.
- Process Improvement: Analyze system performance and interfaces, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with respective teams to implement enhancements.
- Interface Solutions: Analyze and propose solutions for various components of the interface application.
- Development Support: Develop or work with developers on assigned components, modifications, and enhancements in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) applications.
- Testing Support: Support testing efforts across different areas of the EHR.
- Software Development: Utilize knowledge and skills related to software development and maintenance for various projects.
Required Experience & Skill Set:
- Web-Based Applications: Professional experience working with web-based applications using Oracle as a backend is required, including deep knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming, Web Services development, and JavaScript and/or jQuery.
- Software Development: Experience in APEX, Java, HTML, and a strong background in developing true web applications.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in software development, installation, change management, and testing.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously.
- Impact Assessment: Ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes.
Required Skills:
