Dynatrace Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Engineer to ensure the successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies throughout the software application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will provide real-time analytics to help platform owners proactively avoid performance issues and rapidly diagnose and resolve problems when they arise. This role involves full lifecycle management of Dynatrace deployment to maximize its value for platform owners.

Must Have:

Dynatrace Professional Implementation Certification

Required Skills:

Experience with Grail and log management.

Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and supporting Dynatrace environments.

Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices.

Hands-on experience in creating and managing management zones and network zones.

Expertise in OneAgent and Active Gates deployment and troubleshooting.

Experience working with Extensions for both OneAgent and ActiveGates.

Ability to engage customers and stakeholders in a collaborative and consultative manner.

Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering technical consulting involving performance data analysis across applications, systems, and networks.

Proficiency in data presentation via charts and dashboards.

Ability to assess platform owner's needs and provide expert recommendations in areas of application, infrastructure, and digital experience management that Dynatrace supports.

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of containerized environments like Kubernetes and Docker.

Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Experience with automation and scripting for Dynatrace monitoring solutions.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
