Dynatrace

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Dynatrace engineers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and engagement.
• Drive customer discussions and requirement gathering from both technical and functional perspectives.
• Own and deliver end-to-end Dynatrace implementations, including but not limited to:
  • Real User Monitoring (RUM)
  • Synthetic Monitoring
  • Extensions and Custom Solutions
  • User Journey Mapping
  • Business Analytics
  • Kubernetes/OpenShift Agent Installation and Monitoring
  • Agent Installation and Configuration across different platforms like Linux, Windows, AWS (Lamda, EC2, ECS, EKS), PaaS etc.
  • API-based Integrations
  • RCA, Analytics and Reporting

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed deployments.
• Proven track record of leading implementation projects and managing client expectations.
• Strong understanding of observability practices and performance monitoring.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work from the CSB Turbhe office on a daily basis.
