Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments (Managed or SaaS). 
  • Deploy and manage Dynatrace agents. 
  • Manage ActiveGates. 
  • Ensure Dynatrace infrastructure stability and performance. 
  • Upgrade Dynatrace software as needed. 
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor application performance metrics and identify potential issues. 
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve issues. 
  • Provide recommendations for performance optimization. 
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to understand application performance needs. 
  • Provide guidance and training on Dynatrace best practices. 
  • Document application workflows and Dynatrace configurations. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze Dynatrace data to identify trends and patterns. 
  • Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts. 
  • Generate reports on application performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Migrate Dynatrace environments (e.g., from Managed to SaaS). 
  • Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools. 
  • Champion APM and event monitoring solutions and processes
