Requirements
Serve as the system owner for finance applications in D365 F&O from requirements, facilitation, documentation, to execution of changes.
Serve as primary support for Microsoft Dynamics finance module, in areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed asset, consolidation and project management accounting.
Partner with finance business process owners during project stages and transition to internal support.
Participate in all design, build, test and validation sessions for all project cycles.
Act as the Digital lead to coordinate all phases of finance projects preparing project charters, project definition, budget, solution outline, system process flowchart, testing, documentation, and training.
Understand and assist in maintaining documentation of finance business processes and cross functional downstream impacts, such as cash, payments, bank, cost accounting, currency rates and key finance master data configurations.
Support the development of test automation in regression suite for automated testing (RSAT).
Educate Digital and other areas on key financial processes for resource support and workload management.
Build and operate a GxP ERP validation approach - in collaboration with Security, Product, Digital / Cloud Operations, and Digital Quality – to ensure the system is always in control.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix system issues fixing issues for the system and end users as needed. Track and document CAPAs as required to meet compliance requirements.
Collaborate with 3rd party system integrators (SIs) hired to help implement D365 and operate as the Resilience functional party to those efforts.
Qualifications
Meets/exceeds Resilience phenotype requirements for this role.
Experience in a functional role building and launching an ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, and key processes such as P2P, O2C, etc.
Experience with at least one cradle to grave ERP implementation on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Deep functional knowledge of supporting Dynamics 365 in a GxP environment, and knowledge of how to qualify the platform.
Experience with managing support incidents in Service Now or similar application.

High degree of comfort working with management and managing expectations in a fast paced, dynamic environment that comes with being part of a new product team.
Strong background in Dynamics 365: financial dimensions, chart of accounts, user roles & permissions, sod conflicts, unit of measures, currency conversions, trial balance, balance sheet, p&l, income statements, invoice aging, etc.
Knowledge of BI reporting platform like Microsoft Azure, Tableau, Finance Report Writer, and Power BI.
Professional oral and written communication, presenting to senior level audiences containing one or more decision maker (s).
Any Graduate
