Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions.

Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).

Customize entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business processes within Dynamics 365.

Integrate CRM with other Microsoft and third-party systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform).

Provide expert-level support, training, and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Lead or support CRM upgrades, data migration, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure solution alignment.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Strong knowledge of core Dynamics modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Proficiency in customizing and configuring CRM workflows, plug-ins, and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of data migration tools and methodologies (e.g., KingswaySoft, SSIS).

Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

Experience with Azure services and Dynamics 365 integrations.

Background in agile or hybrid project methodologies.
