Dynamics CE Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics CE Senior Solution Architect for a director-level position reporting directly to the CIO. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Dynamics CE and the ability to navigate and influence at all levels of the organization. This role is crucial as we continue to integrate most of our business applications into Dynamics, a journey we embarked on in 2018. The future work within the organization will be 95% Dynamics-focused, making this an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics professional looking to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and implementation of Dynamics CE across various facets of the organization, including sales processes, account management, and operational sides.
• Direct the migration and technical design updates from legacy systems to Dynamics, ensuring seamless data integration and system functionality.
• Oversee the extension of CE capabilities to meet the unique data collection and reporting needs of the Ability One Commission and our member nonprofit organizations.
• Manage a team of 10 developers and 2 managers across 4 cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality development and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including PMO leaders and product owners, to align Dynamics CE solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct and oversee technical reviews and ensure the correct architectural path is chosen for Dynamics implementation and customization projects.

Must have skills:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics CE Solution Architect or similar role, with extensive knowledge of Dynamics Transformations and the ability to lead large-scale Dynamics implementations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Technical expertise in Dynamics CE and a deep understanding of technical aspects of CE.
• Experience in managing complex data integrations and customizations within Dynamics CE, with a focus on operational efficiency and data accuracy.
