D365 Finance & Operations – Finance Functional Consultant

Experience of minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O Solutions
Gathering, understanding, and analysing client business processes to re-engineer/design the solution improving operational efficiency.
Having a good knowledge of the D365 F&O - Finance module while holding certifications in the most current versions
Set-up and configure Financial Management modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Localization, Taxation in D365 F&O product.
Implement and manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Localization, Taxation etc.
Experience about Electronic Reporting configuration is an added advantage.
Investigates problems to establish root or hidden causes.
Drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
Collaborate with the business user(s) to understand problem statements and providing/implementing best suitable solution.
Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
Solution Testing / Unit Testing for business acceptance and accuracy
Validate and support the solution.
Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks.
Communicating issues and project tasks to the team in the appropriate forum
Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for key or end users
Configure security and access control processes, and options.
Active involvement in Master Data validation, Cut-over and Go-live activities.
Perform data migration/data management.
Excellent communication skill, both written & verbal
Must have ability to work and interact with international customers independently.
Must have good analytical and logical thinking.

D365 Finance & Operations – SCM Functional Consultant

Performing functional support tasks for D365 F&O application maintenance and operations
Having a good knowledge of D365 F&O - SCM modules while holding certifications in the most current versions
Set up and configure SCM modules like Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product
Implement and manage SCM modules like Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product
Experience of Production (Manufacturing), Trade & Logistics and Project Management modules is an added advantage.
Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes.

SLA based ticket/incident resolution in Level 2 and Level 3 of application support.
Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
Solution Testing for business acceptance and accuracy
Communicating issues and project tasks to team in appropriate forum
Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for key or end users
Providing detailed utilization and work status report 
Use common functionality and implementation tools.
Configure security, processes, and options.
Perform data mapping and assist in data migration.
Validate and support the solution.
Excellent communication skill both written / verbal.
