Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. You will work closely with business and technical teams to implement and support CRM solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
- Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations
- Implement data migration and integrations using Web APIs or third-party tools
- Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CRM solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and FetchXML
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse
- Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
