Description

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years’ experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
  • MS Dynamics 365, Strong Dataverse, D365 Customer Service, CRM Configuration & Customization, and Power Platform.
  • Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications.
  • Solid understanding and hands on experience with Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
  • Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder or development background with experience in CSS, HTML, Sitecore and Asp.net.
  • Experience with complex CRM configuration and customization including integration and data migration.
  • Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
  • Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit.
  • Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment and ability to map client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings.
  • Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills
