8+ years’ experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
MS Dynamics 365, Strong Dataverse, D365 Customer Service, CRM Configuration & Customization, and Power Platform.
Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications.
Solid understanding and hands on experience with Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder or development background with experience in CSS, HTML, Sitecore and Asp.net.
Experience with complex CRM configuration and customization including integration and data migration.
Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit.
Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment and ability to map client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings.
Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
