Roles & Responsibility

 

Dynamic 365 CRM with .net experience
Responsibilities
1  Solution Design  Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and flexible solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Power Apps
2  Customization and Configuration  Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales  Customer Service  Field Service  and Marketing to meet business requirements  leveraging out of the box functionality and custom development as needed
3  Development  Develop custom plugins  workflows  business rules  and client side scripts using C#, Dot NET,  JavaScript  and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
4  Power Apps Development  Design and develop canvas apps and model driven apps using Power Apps  integrating with Dynamics 365 and external systems to automate processes and enhance user experience
5  Integration  Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Apps with other systems and applications using APIs  web services  and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow and process automation
6  Data Migration  Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365  ensuring data integrity and accuracy
7  Testing and Deployment  Conduct unit testing  system testing  and integration testing of customizations and configurations  and manage the deployment of solutions across development  test  and production environments
8  Documentation  Create technical documentation including design specifications  configuration guides  and deployment instructions to support the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions
9  Training and Support  Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps functionality  customizations  and best practices
10  Continuous Improvement  Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365  Power Apps  and related technologies  and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Qualifications
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science  Information Technology  or related field  or equivalent experience 
  Proven experience as a D365 and Power Apps Developer or in a similar role  with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps platform architecture  customization  and development
  Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as C    NET  JavaScript  HTML CSS  and SQL
  Experience with Microsoft Power Platform  Power Apps  Power Automate  Power BI 
  Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales  Customer Service  Field Service  and Marketing
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology
